We carry a lot of full-sized equipment for larger kids, teens and adults. We find that a lot of
adult teachers and staff like to work out in our facilities as well as the kids. Plus, Jr. High kids
will often fit on standard size equipment.
Strength, Cardio, Core
A wide variety of strength, cardio, aerobic, and kinesthetic development equipment
to lay the foundations of long-term health and fitness. All the basics are here,
stationary bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, moonwalkers, and hydraulic or bodyweight
resistance machines.
